8 Fan-Favorite Shows That Still Have New Seasons Coming Out in 2026

Oh, man, 2026 has been a year for good TV. Seriously. From YAGA and Phony to Nobody Wants This and Furious, there's been so much great streaming content that it's been hard to figure out exactly what to watch (though I did narrow things down to my three favorites of 2026 so far).

And though it's already November, we're not done yet. There are a slew of fan-favorite shows that still have new seasons set to air before the end of the year. I'm talking Emily in Paris, The Hunting Wives, Rivals, Only Murders in the Building and so many more.

I'd probably advise you to start working your way through your must-watch queue (a few fun October suggestions here) before these eight hit shows return with even more binge-worthy episodes.

• Return Date: November 11, 2026

When my colleague raved about the first season of Rivals in her review, I was more than intrigued. She wrote, "Rivals is smart and sexy and absolutely worth your time." And believe me when I say, season two of the Cotswolds-set 1980s comedy-drama is just as good. Part one of the sophomore season came out back in May, and now season two part two is set to debut this month. David Tennant stars in the steamy series about two rivals battling over a local television station (yes, really).

• Return Date: November 11, 2026

Season one of this LOTR spinoff series started off, shall we say, slow. But things have certainly picked up, especially as we've approached season three. The latest episodes pick up five years after the dramatic end of season two and place us right in the middle of a massive conflict—as evil forces try to forge "the One Ring." If it sounds complicated, it is. But we (mostly) followed Game of Thrones so we should be fine here.

• Return Date: November 20, 2026

This is it, folks. The long-awaited fourth and final season of this plane-crash/wilderness thriller is finally here. There's a lot of ground to cover as the surviving teens are finally rescued and return home to deal with the reality of their horrific actions. According to the show's co-creator, "Buckle up is, I guess, the only thing I can say because we get a little crazy."

• Return Date: November 26, 2026

This soapy, surprise Netflix hit about murder, guns and cheating spouses is back for another sexy season. Stars Malin Akerman and Brittany Snow return—but does Akerman's awful wig come back too?! This time around, John Stamos joins the cast and there's a mini time jump to where Dermot Mulroney's character is officially running for office. I can't wait for the next batch of twists to unravel.

• Return Date: December 2, 2026

Vince Vaughn and a slew of famous costars lead this under-the-radar Apple TV show about a disgraced detective who gets wrapped up in a bizarre case involving a severed arm, secret lovers and police corruption. The second season episodes will deliver a brand-new case as Vaughn's hot mess investigator tries to get his police badge back.

• Return Date: December 8, 2026

When I sat down for an exclusive interview with new OMITB cast addition Nicola Coughlan, she was pretty tight-lipped about details, but she did say, "I wrapped on Only Murders in the Building. Well, Only Murders in London is this series which was an unbelievable job. It was so much fun." As she mentioned, the latest iteration will take us across the pond as Charles, Mabel and Oliver try to crack a new case and sort through a long list of suspects.

• Return Date: December 24, 2026

It's the end of a European era, as Emily and her adventures (and her adventurous fashion) arrive for one last season on Netflix. Season five brought us to Italy, but season six starts in Greece, before Emily finally makes her way back to Paris. Will we find out where Emily's heart truly lies? I'm banking on it.

• Return Date: December 30, 2026

This underrated gem is a supernatural thriller based on the trilogy by horror author Anne Rice. Our lead, played by White Lotus star Alexandra Daddario, figures out she has some very special powers—and that she comes from a long line of witches. While the story began in New Orleans, the latest season brings us to Salem and dives even deeper into the intricacies of witchcraft.
