I know, I know—we're still smack dab in the middle of summer. But if there were ever a reason to start thinking about your fall wardrobe in advance, it's Anthropologie's Fashionably Early Fall Event. The huge sale isn't just giving us a chance to shop the retailer's new seasonal styles ahead of the curve, it's also saving us a whopping 30 percent on all of them in the process.

The event is on from July 8 through July 19, but after browsing the entire selection, I'm fairly certain the best deals won't be around for long—particularly this polka dot midi dress ($168; $118) and these balloon-leg cargo pants ($148; $104). So, my fellow smart-shopping early birds, prepare to take flight. I've rounded up nine of the most stylish Anthropologie new arrivals you'll be so glad you secured before September—for a steal, no less.

Trust me, everyone is going to ask where you got this jacket. It combines aspects of all of our favorite types of fall outerwear—barn coats, trenches, bombers—to form a piece that's as functional as it is fashionable. Plus, it's made from 100 percent cotton that has some weight to it, so it should keep its shape and keep you warm.

Can you name a pair of pants more beloved than the Colette? I'll wait. PureWow editors and readers alike are obsessed with the style's signature high rise, wide leg and front patch pockets, all of which are present in this light-wash jean version of the silhouette. The denim is crafted of 99 percent cotton with 1 percent elastane, so it should be rigid enough to shape and support while allowing for a comfy smidge of give. And those contrast panels on the pockets? Just a fun new detail that makes this pair feel extra fresh.

Polka dots are still going strong in 2026, and if Anthropologie's early drops are any indication, they'll be sticking around well into autumn. Embrace the pattern with this supremely flattering smocked-waist midi, featuring a subtly ruched bust and swingy A-line skirt. The tie details on the straps add a flirty touch, while the crisp cotton ensures it's breathable on those early fall days.

I'm loving the retro, '70s-inspired vibe of this ribbed tee, from its striped design to its high mock neck. It has some stretch for a figure-hugging fit, which I think would look great with some high-waist flare or wide-leg jeans (the Colettes above, perhaps?). It's available in two striped colorways and two classic solids—and at this price, I might have to get one of each.

Cottagecore, but make it fall. This textured, puff-sleeve shirtdress just dropped in a trio of autumn hues, including this pretty dusty rose that really underscores its romantic silhouette. Thanks to some clever tailoring, it cinches the waist and flares out to create an effortless hourglass effect. As one reviewer wrote, it "celebrates [a woman’s] body in the best way possible." And, yeah, it has pockets.

No fall wardrobe is complete without a pair of brown suede boots. While these are faux suede, they look just as luxurious as the real deal. The low block heel is comfortable and easy to walk in, say buyers, and the pointed toe gives them some elegant edge. They're sure to look just as chic peeking out from beneath bootcut jeans as they do paired with tights and a mini skirt.

You heard it here first, folks: Cargo pants are so back. I've been spotting them on all the cool women in L.A., and even our millennial queen, Mandy Moore, is a fan. If you don't have a multi-pocket pair from 2004 sitting in the back of your closet, you might want to grab this slouchy cotton style, featuring trendy balloon legs, cinchable hems and an adjustable drawstring waist.

Striped tote bags have been all the rage lately. They are an easy way to add a bold pop of color and print to your fits, and IMO, make lugging around a bunch of stuff seem way more stylish. I had my eye on a similar bag from Anthropologie that sold out as soon as it got marked down, so I won't be wasting any time before securing this spacious canvas number (which conveniently comes with a matching pouch to store smaller items).

If you live for the thrill of dressing up a pair of sneakers, meet your new obsession. This Cloud K style from Back 70 boasts a croc-embossed upper in rich emerald green that'll make you feel like you're wearing a designer bag on your feet. With everything from dresses to trousers, they'll supply a sense of elevated cool. Of course, details like the serrated '70' logo and gum soles keep them grounded, while still providing plenty of vintage-sport appeal.
