It's officially fall now, but at Walt Disney World, it's been PSL season for more than a month (in spirit, not actual temperatures, that is). Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party kicked off on August 15 and runs through October 31, and the frighteningly fun event includes plenty of entertainment around the park. But to be clear, the devilishly delicious foods, drinks and desserts are no doubt the highlights. This year, Walt Disney World’s culinary teams have conjured up tons of specialty treats for the occasion. Read on for details (and pics!) of the treats that I can’t wait to sink my fangs into.

(Note: For the full report on all Disney Parks' Halloween fare, check out this guide on the Disney Parks Blog. Below, you'll find my favorites from Disney World, but the site also shares the best spooky bites at Disneyland.)

Minute Maid lemonade meets a generous drizzle of hot honey to create this on-trend, simple sipper. It's finished with a chili-lime rim for good measure, à la spicy margarita.

2. Magic Potion Slushy

  • Where: Liberty Square Market

What is it about the color blue that looks so damn appetizing? The key to this elevated riff on Fanta Blue Raspberry soda is citrusy yuzu. But better yet, the bev changes color from blue to green once you stir it.

3. Pumpkin-Spiced Coffee Barbecue Pork Sandwich

  • Where: The Plaza Restaurant

Your favorite summer handheld got an autumn facelift that's worth making a reservation for. It features coffee-rubbed pork, featuring Joffrey’s Pumpkin Crème Brûlée Coffee Seasonal Blend, cold brew barbecue sauce and a slaw finished with pumpkin-spiced aioli. Best of all, it comes on a purple sweet potato bun for maximum spookiness.

4. Skull Meatloaf

  • Where: The Plaza Restaurant

Also at The Plaza is this eerie spin on a comfort food classic. The meat boasts a Caribbean-style glaze rather than a standard ketchupy one, and it's served with loaded mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables for good measure.

new disney parks halloween food: creepy kimchi corn dog

5. Creepy Kimchi Corn Dog

  • Where: Sleepy Hollow Refreshments

Korean corn dogs are just as on-the-pulse as hot honey nowadays, so good on Disney for giving the people what they want. This hand-dipped corn dog is rolled in malt vinegar and scallion before being crowned with Hades relish and plated with kimchi-mayonnaise dipping sauce.

6. Phantasmal Fried Pumpkin Ravioli

Nothing captures autumn coziness quite like a bowl of fall pasta, and this gourd-geous creation certainly fits the bill. The crispy-yet-pillowy ravioli are served with black garlic aioli to boot.

This NOLA-inspired reinvention of a Canadian staple is sure to impress you. The waffle fries are topped with a generous dose of squeaky cheese curds (of course), along with Cajun-seasoned crawfish and zesty andouille sausage gravy.

new disney parks halloween food: beef en croute

8. Beef én Croute

  • Where: Cinderella’s Royal Table

Think of this as beef Wellington's evil twin. The Insta-worthy dough is filled to the brim with braised beef short rib cooked in red wine demi-glace. The plate comes with roasted seasonal vegetables and a blood-like splatter of more sauce.

new disney parks halloween food: buzzard wings

9. Buzzard Wings

  • Where: Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Café

Spicy and arguably menacing, these do their namesake justice. Think whole chicken wings tossed with grilled onions, jalapeños, lime and diced tomatoes for freshness. I wouldn't blame you for pairing them with ranch dressing.

10. Haunting Jalapeño Ranch Tots

Nothing is going to fuel up the trick-or-treaters in your coven like this spud-heavy starter. The tots are generously covered with black bean chili, cheddar cheese sauce and jalapeño ranch sauce for a balanced, indulgent bite.

13. Not-So-Poison Apple Doughnuts

They may look like they're covered in crushed Flamin' Hot Cheetos, but fear not. These apple cider doughnuts are rolled in festive apple cider sugar and drizzled with caramel sauce—no spicy surprises in sight.

new disney parks halloween food: creepy cheesecake
Disney Parks Blog

14. Creepy Cheesecake

  • Where: Cinderella’s Royal Table

Cheesecake has never looked so...well, cheesy. Pumpkin cheesecake is paired with spiced oranges, orange curd and chocolate crumble to craft an uncanny spin on a timeless confection. Something tells me Remy had a hand in this.

Disney Parks Blog

15. Pumpkin Pie Mini Churros

  • Where: Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Café

Disney knows a thing or two about putting their own twist on this Latin sweet. Here, the dough is fried until crispy, then rolled in orange sugar and served with pumpkin pie dipping sauce for extra warm-spiced splendor.

new disney parks halloween food: ghostly delight sundae
Disney Parks Blog

16. Ghostly Delight Sundae

  • Where: The Plaza Restaurant

This sundae is as adorable as it is timely—oh, and scrumptious. It starts with chocolate ice cream, but the magic is all in the toppings. I'm talking chocolate cookie crumbs, marshmallow cream, almonds, sugar cookies and plenty of sprinkles.
