There are two types of people: Those who dream of an endless summer, and those who start pulling out their flannel and leaf-peeping routes come mid-July. For the latter, know that your first sip of fall is just a few weeks away, no matter what Mother Nature says. Starbucks is bringing back the Pumpkin Spice Latte—and releasing its fall menu—on Tuesday, August 25th.
Its pumpkin drinks are back in full force, including the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai and the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino. And while the addition of pumpkin-flavored cold foam allows you to give just about any iced drink an autumnal twist, you won't have to hack the menu to sample two new riffs: the Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha and Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso. You'll also find a new Pumpkin Spice Chai among the lineup. (The Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin will also be making a comeback, though I'm forever lobbying for the return of the pumpkin scone. Perhaps 2027 will be my year.)
