I've always loved to cook, but as I've gotten older, it's become more of a chore than hobby. My whole goal each day is to make a meal as conveniently as possible. If I can avoid turning on the oven or the stove—both of which are finicky; the former a coughing, cold beast and the latter raging hotter than hell—I will. My apartment's dinky toaster recently kicked the can, so I decided to give Instant Pot's 4-Slice InstantHeat Mini Air Fryer Toaster Oven ($120) a whirl. Here's my review after cooking everything from fish to toast and blondies.
