The Emmys red carpet featured gorgeous gowns and dapper suits. But as a beauty editor, I, of course, zeroed in on the beauty looks. While there were a ton of amazing eye and lip combos, there was one beauty trend I wasn't expecting...hair perfume. One brand all the big stars were sporting? Parfums de Marly.

Parfum de Marly

Emmy nominee Parker Posey stunned in Valentino and added Parfums de Marly Delina Hair Perfume to complement the look. As Celebrity Hairstylist Mark Townsend shared, "When Parker showed me the gorgeous custom Valentino gown she chose to wear, I was instantly inspired. Parker is always drawn to the late ’60s and early ’70s—and so am I—so we decided to give her a fresh cut: a fabulous bob that Parker coined 'The Bewitched Bob,' inspired by Endora herself. This look is all about high-shine glamour, soft volume and a touch of retro magic."

He continued, "To make sure Parker is truly red carpet ready, I finished by misting her hair with a light spray of Parfums de Marly Delina Hair Perfume. It has a really beautiful modern floral bouquet of rose, lily and peony, brightened by hints of lychee, rhubarb and bergamot, and grounded with warm vanilla, white musk, and cedarwood. It’s the perfect final touch for the red carpet.”

Parfums de Marly

Hacks star Hannah Einbinder wore Louis Vuitton and Parfums de Marly Valaya Hair Perfume, featuring notes of bergamot, mandarin, and sweet white peach. According to Celebrity Hairstylist Jerrod Roberts, Einbinder is a "total fragrance girl." He shared, "After I finished getting Hannah ready and took the clips out of her hair, I set everything in place with a touch of hairspray. Once she had her dress on, I sprayed my Mason Pearson brush with a couple spritzes of Parfums de Marly Valaya Hair Perfume and gently brushed it through her hair before she walked out."

He continued, "Hannah is a fragrance girl. Every time we get her ready for a red carpet, she always sprays herself with whatever she is wearing that night before she runs out. The fragrance was beautiful; it perfectly captured the mood. I was really inspired by Hannah’s custom beaded Louis Vuitton gown.”

Safe to say, you should never underestimate the power of great-smelling strands.
