Ever since Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce went public, the world hasn’t taken its eyes off them. Two years in, not much has changed—except the couple is becoming a little more open about their relationship. Case in point? Travis’s latest GQ cover story, where the NFL star gushed about what it’s really like to date one of the most famous women on the planet.

When asked how he and Taylor manage to keep the spark alive amid their packed schedules, Travis didn’t exactly offer a step-by-step answer—but what he did say was pretty revealing.

“Whenever I’m with her, it feels like we’re just regular people,” Travis shared. “When there is not a camera on us, we’re just two people that are in love. It can be perceived as something else because of how much it is talked about and how much we are tracked whenever we do go out, but I would say that it’s as normal of…. It happened very organically even though from a media standpoint it was being tracked.”

He continued, “Nothing I’ve ever done has been a controlled, organized process. When I say it was so organic, we fell in love just based off the people we were sitting in a room together with. We are two fun-loving people who have the morals to appreciate everyone for who they are. We share all those values. It kind of just took the f*** off.”

This isn’t the first time Travis has offered a peek behind the curtain. Just last month, he addressed claims that he and Taylor seek attention.

“We’re just enjoying life and having fun going to hockey games,” he said on the Bussin’ With the Boys podcast. “We’re having fun with it, man—being a couple.”
