A workout routine that centers on longevity? Jennifer Aniston knows first-hand the power of that. In a conversation with The Morning Show star, the actress revealed that strength training just wasn’t something she prioritized until she discovered Pvolve. “I stumbled upon it because I hurt my body on a movie doing harness work,” she says. “My girlfriend said, you gotta try this and I immediately fell in love with the variety. It was not at all monotonous.”
It also led Aniston to better understand the value of building muscle. “For women, it used to be ‘cardio, cardio, cardio,’” Aniston says. “Also, ‘No pain, no gain.’ We were all told to build muscle, too, but it wasn’t as popular as it is now.” (FWIW, Pvolve just released its first-ever Movement Longevity Report, which reveals how much strength training matters when it comes to long-term health.) Aniston credits her Pvolve trainer, Dani Coleman, for her results, but also a slew of random-but-useful products that help power her daily routine.
